Yes. I can. You tick "No thanks".

It is poorly worded and refers to ticks where it has radio buttons, but luckily I have a lower second class degree from quite a good university which gives me a special insight into these kind of things.

Basically you have to ignore than 2nd sentence as it's only relevant if you want e-mails from them, and then "translate" the 3rd sentence from ticks to radio buttons.

I'll expect a cheque for £5 in the post.

It is possibly more complicated than that if "No thanks" was the default option, but due to the limitations of pictures I can't tell if it was.
