Lest anyone think I'm just hopelessly rude, I'm still unable to respond to any comments on here. All I get is a blank screen if I try and look at an individual post, and it's only due to the laborious magic of View Source that I'm able to read the comments at all.

This is, officially, a pain in the arse.

EDIT: cornfedpig, I said I couldn't reply to comments. I can still read them. I hope you're suitably ashamed of yourself.

You're using 1998 vintage Mac IE, aren't you? I wonder if there's some sort of Javascript trickery on LJ that's breaking it. Try disabling Javascript all together and seeing if that's better. Or get a different OS 9 browser from http://browsers.evolt.org/ ...

Bloody thing. I intend to get a whole new machine in the near future, anyway, so I'll just wait for the New Software Fairy to sort stuff out. Plus, as you can see, all that seems to have mysteriously fixed itself.
