webofevilMemo to me: when you’re glancing over the Prime Minister’s statement about national security, chances are that what he actually said was “I am today laying before the House the first annual update to the National Security Strategy of the United Kingdom”, rather than what you saw at first skim: “I am totally laying before the House the first annual update…”
