I had a 'salad' the other day which consisted of a hollowed out block of tofu with a few beansprouts shoved inside.

The tangy zip of Miracle Whip

I hate to be the American who comes in with a correction, but I feel it's only right to put this straight. Miracle Whip and Hellmanns Light are not, in fact, the same thing. Miracle Whip contains a magic ingredient to make it taste tangy - almost like dairy that's gone bad - but which makes it a fascinating counterpart to meats and vegetables such as the cucumbers described above. According to the advertising from my childhood, "a salad just isn't a salad without the tangy zip of miracle whip salad dressing." Hope that clarifies.
