Since its ruinous civil war ended in 2003, Liberia (with 94% of its land not cultivated) has received a great deal of aid from Western countries to rebuild itself.

$5m of that aid has gone on a fleet of these for government employees:

You could get most of Live8 in there etc. Or you could have driven it around Live8, running over slack jawed Coldplay fans, and reversing over Bono.

Is it possible that the Liberian government employees need them to get around all that uncultivated land and help their citizens? Not to mention that the school run in Monrovia is hellish.
