On Britain's Got Talent the other night, Piers Morgan was introduced as “one of the most important men in the media”.

Well, it could be argued that he is important, from a 'historical anals' point of view. Some of the mind-bogglingly poor decisions he's made within his role 'in the media' will become part of British History. So, in that way I guess he's important. ;)
