On Britain's Got Talent the other night, Piers Morgan was introduced as “one of the most important men in the media”.

Really? Anyone?

They missed "self-" off the adjective.

I was about to say that, but one vote is quite enough for Piers.

Well, it could be argued that he is important, from a 'historical anals' point of view. Some of the mind-bogglingly poor decisions he's made within his role 'in the media' will become part of British History. So, in that way I guess he's important. ;)

Piers is one of those people, like Boris, who are fantastic value when they're out of power, but terrifying and loathsome when they've got power. His book's a bloody good read.

His book is quite entertaining in a ludicrously self aggrandizing way. That face does all but yell "Punch me!" tho'.
