Business to be taken in Westminster Hall

Debates in Westminster Hall—a debating room round the corner from the main Commons chamber—can rarely be accused of being at the cutting edge of political debate. Even allowing for that, though, the debate scheduled for 4pm today, coinciding with the aftermath of the Budget, wins some kind of award.
