With this potentious remark, the honourable Lord steps through an enormous door, and as it clangs shut, the theme tune kicks in and some swilry photography ensues, showing Lord Rooker separately firing a gun, kissing a girl, cradling a baby, throwing his head back with laughter, looking at something in horror and then finally settling on his handsome face, smiling a knowing smile.
