An intriguing ministerial title in the Commons, combining what seem at first to be two very different responsibilities: Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Equalities and Criminal Information.

I hope that this doesn't reveal too much about the minds that devised it, and that the word "Minorities" isn't an implicit missing link.
