Just reserved a hotel room in New York. I had to give them my address in London.

“Can we have a phone number for you?”
“Okay, it’s Britain, so it’s +44 [etc].”
“And… [tap tap tap] Which country is that? It’s not… It’s not the United… Kingdom?”
“Actually, it is.”
“Oh, all right. I’m not very good at geography.”
