Lift again

webofevilI was joined in the lift by Tom King, former Defence Secretary and Chair of the Intelligence and Security Select Committee. He looked at the can in my hand.
"Is that Coca-Cola?" he asked, suspiciously.
"Diet Coke," I said.
"Hmph. It'll rot your teeth," he said.
"It's Diet Coke," I said. "There's no sugar in it. It'll rot my teeth less."
"Hmph," he repeated. "Rot your teeth."
He was still hmphing when he got out at his floor.
