For people who aren’t likely to encounter the Transformers movies or softcore lad mags, the “starlet” being whisked away by her security is Megan Fox. The boy is unidentified.
(NB: Obviously there exist pictures of worse things, but in that case they probably qualify as worse than “depressing”.)
