The minister sums up at the end of a fairly short debate about waste reduction (which has nonetheless featured a rambling 20-minute epic from the Lib Dem Baroness Sharp):

Lord Hunt of Kings Heath: It is difficult to underestimate the importance of what we are discussing today.
