Apologies in advance to the guy who told me this. It's too good not to share. Sadly, as you'll see, I can't really change the names.
When he was 6, Jon was taken aside by his father, who had decided it was time to explain the mysteries of Jon's origin, and answer any pressing questions his son might have on the subject. This is how he did it.
Recently, some 15 years later, Jon and his brother got together with their dad for a drink and a bit of a bond. Jon's brother, a couple of years younger, had been mulling over a question of his own for some time: "Dad, is it true that when I was born you and Mum let Jon choose my name, and he called me Thomas after Thomas the Tank Engine?"
Their father roared with laughter. "Don't be daft, that's just what we told you," he said. "Put your name together with your brother's. What do you get? Jon Thomas. As in willy."

To clarify the last part, he put his arm around his boy and said: "That's you, son.""Down in the woods, where nobody goes
There stood Jill, without any clothes
Along came Michael, swinging his chain [begins to mime chain-swinging]
In it went, and out it came
"Three months later, and all was well
Six months later, it started to swell
Nine months later, out he came
A new little Michael—swinging his chain."
