I think I blogged about it already, but this reminds me of the great bit in that brain surgeoness' (Katrina Firlik?) book where a surgical instrument company holds a junket with a buffet at one end of the room and a table of sheep's heads at the other, so all the neurosurgeons can try out the latest bone saws.
