Grammar Nazi

We’re a bit concerned about the Grammar Nazi at work. The Microsoft Word grammar checker, to give it its official title, has always been a bit capricious, sporadically claiming that perfectly healthy sentences are “fragments” and what have you, but that’s nothing out of the ordinary for this software. Recently, though, the Nazi seems to be going slightly cock-eyed, suggesting inexplicable alternatives:




And, in one case, just flat out appearing to editorialise:


We’re keeping an eye on it. We wonder if it’s having problems at home.

Perhaps it thinks you mean "My Lords I", as in "My Lords II", "My Lords VIII", &c - you know, that well known plural title.
