Sinner/winner/Discount night out including dinner

Fans of tannoy evangelist Philip Howard will be glad to know that he’s back where he belongs, at Oxford Circus. Instead of haranguing London’s sinners as he did pre-ASBO, however, now he was standing by the Tube entrance distributing vouchers for discount tickets to The Lion King. Jesus would appear to have taken a bit of a back seat. To Aslan.
