I have not mocked it up. It is not intended as some kind of clay-fisted satire. The thing is real.

It really is. Although, disappointingly, precious few of them wear bowler hats in real life, and no-one wears a monocle. Perhaps I should show this to noble Lords so they can get a better idea of how they should dress...

Certainly the fonts are cunningly arranged to appear ambiguous in this regard, but as far as I can ascertain the services are being offered to hereditary peers, not by them.
