And to be fair to him, he only brandished the Kit-Kat as a prop, rather than taking big bites and then spitting chocolate flakes over the peers sitting in front of him during his speech. For this restraint—given that he reveals in his speech that when it comes to food he normally displays all the abstemiousness and willpower of a stoned seven year-old—he should clearly be applauded.
