"Preventable by lifestyle changes" does not equal "preventable", though, does it? (Unless you count, say, gene therapy as a lifestyle change?)
It's possible all cancer might be preventable, if we knew more about its causes, but I suspect that the preventive measures required might be a bit more extreme than eating a few more carrots and running round the block while the adverts are on.
